I'm Moy — most people call me Moy; my passport says Mohit. I'm a product and strategy leader in the Greater Toronto Area, founder of Xoop Innovation Labs, focused on AI-assisted product development and applied R&D.

Over 10+ years I've built and managed complex solutions for Fortune 500 companies across telecom, media, finance, and e-commerce — running full software and hardware programs from $50K to $15M, with teams of 2 to 110. Along the way I've launched 9 products that reached 100M+ people.

I've worn a lot of caps — product, strategy, solution architecture, go-to-market — and even a behavior-science one, leading behavior-change campaigns for major brands in India and Canada. I'm a 3× founder; along the way I worked with Rakuten, RBC, Scotiabank, Accenture, and EY. Two of my ideas became US patents, and I wrote a book, Memes and Marketing, on how internet culture rewires the way brands earn attention.

I believe in efficiency and the BUILD movement. I'd rather own a small, fast thing than rent a big, slow one — this site included. If you're building something and want a second brain on product, strategy, or how to actually ship it, that's the work I love most.
